OK. There are three sizes and while trying to find a good deal I managed to purchase the very large and the small version ( I still have the small version if anybody is in need, you pay for 1st class postage) of this socket. Can anyone point me in the right direction for a large quantity at a good price. I want them for 68000 and YM2610.
Thank you

I usually order mine from eBay ( https://www.ebay.com/itm/5Pcs-New-1...883171?hash=item280e3282e3:g:lW0AAOSwCQlZ9diL ) takes a while to get here. I also have some "narrow" 64 pin DIP sockets, what I sometimes do is cut the plastic out of the middle of the socket and then install each side independantly and been working out pretty well since the narrow DIP sockets are easier to come by. You can also get them from Arrow Electronics they ship fast but are more expensive ( https://www.arrow.com/en/products/s...Yes;&sortBy=calculatedPrice&sortDirection=asc )

Okay. I just wantedto make sure I was getting mine at the best rate possible. That's a great idea in regards to the narrow ones.I think I will end up doing that later today!
Thank you
