I'm building a couple of CMVS consoles, using a MV1C and MV1A, and was wondering what the best components for the cable are? I'm threw a cable together using the parts I had the hand (100 ohm resistors), placed on the RGB lines, sync and pin 16. The left and right audio are directly connected and pins 4 and 17 are connected to ground.
The image looks OK, although is just a bit too bright for my LCD - what would a good value resistor be? I'd like to be able to switch between my LCD and CRT without either being affected too badly. Anything else worth considering as well? I read some people put capacitors on the sync line as well and was wondering it that was worth doing. Would ground the RGB lines help at all?
