Breakers Revenge graphics issue?

I picked up this Breakers Revenge recently. I've cleaned it several times, (it took multiple cleanings to even boot) and it's still got a small issues with the graphics. See the black lines/pixels above and below the "S" in "Games" on the "Visco Games" screen. Also, on the green background, look at the black dots above the S in Visco. It also shows a yellow static on some screens during the intro, though I wasn't able to capture that, and I get similar vertical lines on a couple other screens (less noticeable.)

What's the deal with this cartridge? Do I have a slightly corrupted ROM? Is there dirt that I just haven't gotten after 10+ cleanings?

Is it worth worrying about? Cart wasn't purchased here.

My Blazing Star had this during the intro CG cutscenes. Everything else was fine.

I would open it up and give the entire inside a cleaning with alcohol or at least distilled water. Reset the backup ram on your system. Also check the connection to the S rom (glitches might be the fix layer).
