MV-1FZ video issues

So, I'm new to Neo Geo stuff, and I have a couple of non-working 1FZs I'm trying to troubleshoot. The first one works fine except that the image is wobbly. It kind of shakes and shivers like a nervous dog. The second one has only audio, with no video whatsoever. I've got two different carts for it, so I can tell the problems do not lie with the carts. Where do I start if I want to troubleshoot these boards?

It would help if we had some good pictures of the boards.

But Some advice is to Check for cut,bad or scratched traces and check for bulging/ bad cap’s.

No errors?

The no audio one is probably bad caps.
