I saw a few like Zupapa,Zed Blade and Ghostlop with the artwork silkscreened on the CD.I'm guessing no BGM.

You mean the ones on EBay? Homemade jobs probably done with an inkjet CDR printer. The ISOs are readily available online if you want to burn your own.
