my stick has Ethernet to usb and a db15 cord and I didnt realize I had them both plugged in at the same time. this is obviously a terrible idea but I think I had it plugged into both for less then 5 minutes. how fucking bad is this? I know for a fact that power gets sent through the db15 when its plugged into the computer through usb. Nothing very abnormal happened but is there any way to tell if any damage was done? I'm pretty sure twice the normal voltage was sent to my cps2.

edit: ok so apparently its more or less not an issue. my curiosity got the best of me and i did some tests. I disconnected my cps2 but plugged my stick into my pc and supergun at the same time and powered on the supergun psu. I used a mutli meter on the jamma harness connected to the supergun and it read 5v even though it was getting 5v from the psu and usb at the same time. someone explained series vs parallel to me because I expected the supergun to recieve double voltage which wasnt the case.

I think it's cool that you turned this into a learning experience :) Nice work!
