Shock Troopers Graphic issue

Im trying to repair a broken Shock troopers MVS Cart. The game works Great but the HUD and some text isnt right.
Any suggestions?

If you've already made sure the contacts on the CHA board are making a good connection in the cartridge slot,that's a graphic problem relative to the S1 chip.Make sure you don't have a cold solder joint or broken trace connection to the S1.If that's not the problem the S1 chip will need to be replaced.
