I am having trouble with my consolized mv1fz , the picture moves a couple of pixels back and forth sideways.
The center of the crosshatch is shifted to the left and also moves sideways.

Alright we need some more details to get to the source of the problem. Are you using RGB? or is the video via Component,S-Video, Composite? What kind of TV or monitor are you using? Does this happen with all carts? is it also happening on the hardware test screen?

Tried it on two lcd flatscreens and there the screen shifts sideways , tried it on a old crt and there the picture is stable but the bottom of the picture is outside the screen.
The crosshatch looks fine on one of the lcds but on the other one the picture is shifting and the center is offset.
To me this sounds like some kind of sync problem but how can i fix it?

Bit late, but...

Had issues with all my 1fz, this is due to the 1fz sync being "too strong" and its more noticeable when connecting to LCD's

What works for me, and thanks to Xian Xi advise some years ago is adding an 1k pot on the sync line

This way you can adjust the "sync strength" works wonderful in all LCDs now

Cheers
