File Claim With USPS

Wanted to see how many of you have filed a claim for damaged good with usps. Ordered CPS2 A/B combos and it got damaged during transport. Luckily it was insured by the seller.
Just want to see how long i should expect to wait before i hear back from USPS.

They are usually approved within a week, unless they request evidence of the damage. Make sure you have photos of the shipping box, packaging materials and damage to the item, just in case.

I attached pictures of the damaged item with the claim. Luckily i kept the box it was shipped in. I should def take pics of all that for my records incase they do ask for them. Thanks for the heads up
