Saw and heard Nicalis is going to be doing their own physical release for Wonderboy for PS4 and the Switch next month. Remembered the mess from Limited Run Game's release of it and thought it'd be worth mentioning in case anyone's still looking to pick it up.

Nicalis is doing great work on the Switch; their first run pack-ins and instruction manuals are really nice touches to their releases.

I pre-ordered Wonder Boy on Amazon a few weeks ago after I saw the listing on Nicalis' site.

FYI, the Asian version with english is only $25 (PS4) from Play Asia.

I understand if LRG wants to make a collectible, but at least change the label or something and keep pressing them. Optical discs are comically cheap.

Fuck LRG, I hope more pubs take notice. This gen has shown there is a market for retail releases done right. Tiny Barbarian DX was impressive, and I usually hate indie games.
