Anybody else having trouble with Netflix?

I play like 5 minutes of Stranger Things, and it chugs, stops and says you can't play this title right now. This never happened before...

Nope, just watched Temple and I'm now watching VHS.

Happens pretty frequently with me. I think it's just a traffic issue when a lot of people are using Netflix. What's weird to me is that I can get a perfectly fine Netflix signal from wifi in my room, but HBO Now or Go or whatever it's called will either use a really low res version of the video or will go to an audio only version because I'm supposedly out of range from my router.
