Mashed potatoes are my favorite. Deviled eggs are like crack to me, but they are more of a before the meal snack than a side dish for the main event.

Dessert is pumpkin pie or bust. Apple pie ala mode is a close second.

Mac and cheese. Didn't grow up with it on Thanksgiving, but it wouldn't be the same without it now.
