Sorry for the bump. The game is due out on March 8th in Japan. Here's an hour of footage from the beginning of the game. The footage depicts the tutorial and Ken's battle vs Shin (oddly enough, no preceding battle vs Heart though 
). From there, the game's story diverges from the established story from the manga and moves into the original plotline.
The level of violence appears to have been increased with lots of splattered blood throughout. This is looking great imho.
