Neo Geo AES problems, white screen

I recently booted up my Neo Geo to find it no longer works

When loading without a cart I get a white screen with random black blocks. On inserting a cart the game loads but I just get music with sprites displaying as solid black on a solid white background. Anybody have ideas where to start? Thanks.

Clean the slots and cart and try again.

Everything has been cleaned. I'm getting a white screen even without a cart in the system. Here is a video of a game playing in the system. Everything runs in solid black and white

Might be bad color RA, or something wrong in the DAC.
