What does this guy do anymore aside from being the dancing monkey at e3?

Is he still involved with game developing or his job purely PR by this point?

Probably just PR and the ocasional suggestion that nobody will reject because he's Miyamoto (IE: Starfox Zero controls)

I was just thinking these when Reggie and Miyamoto were on the Jimmy Fallon show with the Switch. Miyamoto has turned into a character to play and keep up the appearance of. He's a clown these days. Not in the pejorative sense. But pseudo-literal.

If Splatoon and Mario Kart 8 are a reflection of a post Miyamoto Nintendo color me very excited. While I think he may have run out of ideas due to the length of his career, I think he is probably best served as someone that could offer slight insights to the new comers at Nintendo on remembering to keep things simple and fun.
