I don't plan on doing tons of repair work, but I need a handful of caps to repair a couple of arcade boards. Since RS is gone or close to it, where else can I go to buy one or two caps at a time? Online or offline, but the latter helps when I'm in a pinch for time.

DigiKey, Mouser, Newark are popular suppliers that are easy to order from with no minimums. I prefer DigiKey because of their search engine, but Mouser gives better shipping rates within USA.

Both websites are relatively the same to navigate and find items. Go to Capacitor category, Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors. You are given many parameters to choose from, but you need to select 'Capacitance', 'Voltage Rating'. You can thin the results by choosing mounting type (ie; through hole).

Fry's carries components if there's one near you, though they don't carry absolutely every cap value out there. Sometimes in a pinch they'll have what I need though.
