I'm using an old Dell IPS monitor and it definitely does the job but the viewing angle isn't QUITE what I'd hope. Are there any 19" 4:3 LCDs out there with awesome viewing angles?

I bought this Asus for a Bartop arcade I built a couple of months ago. I got it at bestbuy also but it was $98.99 on sale. It was the best deal I could find at the time. The viewing angles are great. Holland computers sells one to mount in a cabinet also but it's almost double the price.

I'm surprised that they still have 4:3 LCD's available for sale. Thanks for the info!

The main difference is the one at bestbuy is IPS and has 178 degree horizontal and vertical viewing angles. Some of that might not matter for adults but it helps for my kids to see the screens who are 7 and 4 years old and much shorter. I have an old 19" dell 4:3 and my son had trouble seeing that screen from his viewing angle but with the new one it's good for both of us.
