Or it happens because all the dumb shit Republican voters that wanted to get rid of Obamacare yet realized what a clusterfuck Trumpcare is going to be votes Democrats in. Or people vote Democrats in just to get rid of Trump. One thing I will say this shit makes politics must see TV. Can't say that's ever happened. C-Span might be getting more viewers then major networks at times.

watching this has been ridiculous. The Comey testimony is a case of impressions. If Clinton didn't get removed from office for getting blown then lying about it, how the hell do you remove Trump from office over vague words?

I'm not an expert, but I'd think that obstruction of justice is a step or two above perjury. If that's the case, it should be very easy to impeach Trump, though not necessarily remove him. AFAIK, the obstruction of justice statute A) doesn't care if you FELT intimidated or not, B) doesn't care if justice was actually obstructed (i.e., it's the attempt, not the outcome that counts). In other words, unless Comey is lying (doubtful, IMO) Trump is guilty of obstruction. Whether that means he'll get the boot, who knows. But it will sew further discontent, which is a good thing, IMO, and will take up a lot of his time so he has fewer opportunities to fuck everything up.

He didn't technically lie. He asked for a definition of 'sexual relations ', got it, then replied according to the definition given.
