Uhmm if it was a simple search answer I wouldn't have asked here, so thanks for that!
I was able to find the configuration after slowly pooring over pictures until I finally found one where I could make out what the connection is supposed to be.
Connection should look like this
5v | 1 |
__|__|__
| 2 | 3 | <--- 10v
|___|___|
^Ground
Now I can make DC adapter and finally try out my Neo Geo CD that's been sitting around for ages.

I had an issue with the original power adapter of my Neo Geo CD. I replaced it using the cheap solution stated in next forum post of another Neo Geo site. But I'm worried about the voltage, witch is currently 12V instead of 10V. So, I bought two cheap DC adapters with exactly the expected V and A values (10V1A / 5V2A):
Looking forward to create the final replacement adapter this weekend. If you want, I can keep you up to date about how it goes.
