Looking for someone to repair my MVS-1FZ

My 1FZ started acting funny. It boots up on my Puzzle Bobble bootleg cart, but not my 120-in-1 cart. It seems to just continually reset.

I get no sound whatsoever on my PB cart, but there is hissing present when I turn up the volume.

Is there anyone here who would be willing to look at getting this board 100% again?
I don't have time these days to track down these issues myself, and would rather pay someone who knows what they're doing.

Clear the backup ram.

Yeah I gave that a shot as well. No change

You give the connector a good cleaning as well as the cart?

Cleaned the Cart and JAMMA edge thoroughly, but not the board's slot connector. I can give that a shot.

Took a bunch of qtips and isopropyl to the cart and the board's connectors. Got a bunch of dust off, but I still get the same reset loop.
