    MS2930 super bright image

    I Have a MS2930 that was working, now I get a Bright blue image. I can barely make out image. Does anyone have any ideas?

    Remote board is definitely connected? Do any of the pots on the remote board affect the image at all?

    Remote board is connected. I can shift the image. I quickly replace the neck board just in case that wenbt bad. Hmm I change. I will be working on It again tonight

    Swap the remote board with a known good one and see if that resolves the issue.

    One of my buddies had a similar problem and had to clean / reflow the pots on the remote board to get it working properly.

    I believe Yaton has a remote board listed on eBay right now if you don't have any spares.

    It end up being a bad transistor (blue chromo)on the neck board. After replacing that from a donor board, I get no sync on the 15khz. 24khz work fine.
