Neo Geo VRAM Issue

Hey guys, I just got my Neo Geo in the mail yesterday but seems as though I'm having an issue. It powers on and everything but the video is all jacked up. When you power it on, the Neo Geo logo is missing on the boot screen and when playing KOF '94 the graphics are all messed up. I can hear sound but picture is just crap. I've done some research online and have found it to be a VRAM issue. As for troubleshooting to determine this I powered on the unit without a game and the color of the screen is yellow.

I'm asking if anyone here knows somebody who could fix this issue? I could do it myself but I stink at soldering electronics as I tried to fix my SEGA CD but did not end well. Anyone here know anyone that fixes Neo Geo AES'?

Yes I did. But it's ok now. I found someone and it's been shipped for repairs.
