Pickled Beetroot is great.
She makes an insanely good chicken salad. I'll grill come chicken and then it gets chopped add mayo, whole grain dijon, bacon, home made pickles, salt/ pepper, red onion, and a couple other things. Here's my lunch today: that chicken salad on toasted wisconsin cheddar bread with lettuce and tomato.
I guess we could make an exception for 'open sandwiches' at least once, one more and you're Finnished.
Is that prawn, rocket, and red caviar? Sounds fishy, creamy, delicious! I gotta get that in my belly!
Rocket leaf is the best, followed by spinach leaf. Everything else is second tier.
