Conway is small beans. The real problems are in the shadows. Trump has a flim flam cyber security. His own staff are leaking information that make the administration appear beyond incompetent, and this will set in the minds of impressionable Americans that the USA is weak, deserves to be attacked, etc (no one should think this). The leak about Trump refusing to read reports longer than 1 page and with more than 9 bullet points relays a guy who is simply ignorant.

She should have been fired already, she's a disaster in front of the camera. The only reason she's still around is so that she can take the fall when the administration does something really terrible.

I agree she is small beans, but an executive/administrator is only as good as the staff they surround themselves with. He chose to surround himself with people like Conway, so it speaks to a general incompetence that starts at the top, and has shown itself by way of his own staff, along with the subsequent appointments to cabinet positions.

Even if it was the same, you would still be assuming that Trump was a successful businessman and not just a level 50 self promoter.

I believe that the Staff are just doing the job that they know he wants them to do.3

They are working for an audience of one.
