Merry Christmas from over the pond for all of you and your friends and family! :)

We Germans celebrate Christmas on the 24th so the big thing is over already but today we're going to visit my parents in-law and will spend a few hours there. We used to have a big Christmas party back in the day but well... people get old... so cherish the moment and enjoy being in the company of the ones you love (or at least hate less than the rest of the world), it will not last forever.

A lot of us here Celebrate on the 24th as well. My family has always done that, well at least back when the older folks were alive and I was a kid. Never thought about it much, though I guess it could have something to do to one side of my family having changed their name from Von Kreisler to the slightly more American sounding Kreisle, way back in when.
