Galaga/pacman board issues looking to have it repaired?

recently it died, when taking it out the heat sync chip fell off (not even sure that's what that is) tried it in 2 cabs and black screen flashes and that's it.

can anyone repair?

If the heatsink fell off, the graphics processor chip probably fried. Those things can get pretty toasty...considering they're surface mounted chips I can't imagine they're easy to replace...let alone where to source it.

Holy cow...why is it costing you that much? They are definitely not the cheapest boards, but I tend to find them around $200 USD.

I saw one around $250 USD then the exchange and shipping to Canada and then import fees =/
