Hi,
Is it possible to program an EEPROM type SOP 44 legs with TOP3100 EPROM programmer?
If so, can I build my own adapter with a SOP mounting board and 44 wires that would go to the programmer?
The whole purpose is to install a region free bios on my dreamcast. The right fit seems to be MX29LV160TMC according to tutorials.
