Barrel Adapter help

I need another one of these but I don't know what to call it to look for it. To me it's a barrel adapter, the male OD is 6.25mm the female ID is 5.5mm. The female end also has a male piece as well. I look on digikey for barrel adapter and don't really see one to that spec. and help would be appreciated links even more...

What's it for? The female end looks like an audio jack(RTS) connector. I can't tell for sure what the top end truly is from your picture.

Your search-fu is strong. I think you might have nailed it. My adapter has that same "B" stamped on it. This is also used on a power brick. A normal PCE psu came packaged with my SGX and I need another. Will give this one a try. Thanks
