What you have is a cart with bad buffer chips which require above average soldering skill to fix.

Btw I assume you tried cleaning the contacts

As said above: clean your cart contacts very well.

If that does not fix your problem, then replace all the SMD/T fairchild buffer chips on the board.

And if you're not great at doing SMD/T re-work, then find someone who is.

A few people here on the forum can do this type of work, I am one of them but can not promise you a quick turn around due to having little personal time.
