How well would this get along with like a NeoBIOSMasta for the MV1C?
Would it work to solder the clk12 and clock shield grounding to the NBM?

Works great with the el cheapo HDMI converter!

Then I cleaned things up a little before I make an actual housing

EDIT: Feel free to take this post down if it's watering down this thread. Just wanted to post a success story of my MV1C console project that this VGA board helped make happen!

I think it's pretty nice to show that a cheapo VGA to HDMI converter works really well and the mod can be used on more displays.

Indeed. That looks way better than an el cheapo RGB to HDMI converter.

I'd like to put in exactly one more order. After that, I'm not actually sure if I can make more. If I'm in a situation where I can't produce more boards, I'd at least like to be able to release the project into the public domain so people can build their own (or somebody else can take up the work of constructing them).

Does this mean you're discontinuing future R&D for other chip sets like you planned? That would be unfortunate.

Hi mikejmoffitt,

How many do we have for this 2nd run and how many do still need to be preordered to put it into production?
I'm asking this to know if we can hope for it before Christmas :)

WHAT HAVE I BEEN UP TO

Hey, so I've been busier than ever:
- School etc etc
- Working on a NESDev compo entry, ends at the end of this year
- Accepted a full-time offer for post-grad (in December)
- A few small CPS2VGA fixes, development and reprogramming for the three boards that had gone out before

*Anyway*, it's time for me to comb this thread, my emails, and PMs, and draw up another spreadsheet for order #2. Expect emails / PMs over the weekend or early next week.

I've used it alongside an NBM. As long as the soldering for CLK12 isn't getting in the way of the socket, it's totally fine. If the CLK12 is on the NBM and has a nearby ground point, it should be no problem.

Thanks for the test results.

Better put me down for one, if this is going to be the last run.

I may pick up another. Is there a deadline? I like to see if I can drum up more local interest in these.
