[SOLVED] X'Eye Problem with Popful Mail

Hey everyone, I booted up my X'Eye today to play a copy of Popful Mail I recently received. System booted up fine and the game movie plays, but when I push start to get the game going, I get this screen:

Is my copy of the game screwed up or is it with the system itself? From what (little) I found it sounds like it could be the X'Eye's internal battery but the other cd game I tried played fine.

    Any suggestions?

(edit: picture came out sideways and I'm too lazy to fix it. you can still see the issue)

When I had an X'eye, I played popful mail all the way through. I had an X'eye for years and never saw that screen.

    I found this topic: https://forum.digitpress.com/forum/s...X-EYE-Problems

Sounds like I need to just plug the system in and let that battery charge up. I'm away from the system until Friday, I will report back when I get a chance to try that out. Thanks for the replies.

Got a chance to work on this and fixed the issue. I let the system stay on all night, after that I reset the memory and it is working fine. Glad to get that worked out.
