Steers&Queers Super Volley 94 (Power Spikes II) Mission - Check your PSII Cart!

For those who don't know, there is an early version on Power Spikes II with a different title and intro sequence. Back in 2012 some members came forward saying they had it. One member sold it to another, and the buyer said he would release it.

    4 years later, nada.

There has been a lot of new users since then and they may not know about this different version.

There are 2 ways you can tell.
    1. Boot the game in the Japanese region to see a different intro and SV94 Logo.

    2. Open your carts and check the roms.

With the recent generosity of pulstar, the world's going to get a beta of Last Resort. It really is great that we have some people here who are willing to do this.

I think we can find this thing. PSII isn't the greatest game in the Neo library by a long shot, but it still would be cool to see this found and released.

    Check your carts!

Isn't Super Volley 94 just the name the game goes by on Super Famicom?

I'll also offer any of my projects/services for free to whoever releases it. Want a custom SaveMasta? No problem. Want something modded? No problem. If I can make it, I'll do it for you.

Jeff e-mailed me two weeks later asking if I'd trade the cart, so he's literally been hounding me for 15+ years... The original seller was Bill Burger, not sure if he's someone on the Neo scene or simply an amusement purveyor or distributor.

That seller is well known across many arcade forums... just not in a good way. He just buys and sells, nothing more.

lol Bill Burger is everything that is awesome about the old arcade scene and n-g.com from 10-15+ years ago. Lots of primadonnas on the ol' internets these days and Bill tells them they can shove it the second they start asking questions. He's a throwback to when people didn't take little pieces of plastic and circuit boards so seriously.
Use it up, wear it out, make it do, or do without.

I gave instructions to ryo-sakazaki on how to dump the S1 with his device programmer. After I graciously answered all his questions, he hasn't replied to my last couple of requests for status so I would assume he just wanted to know how to dump the rom and not follow through on his end. Why can't these guys follow through with what they say they are going to do?

Doesn't matter though. I've got a set of MVS slots to use and will start on a cart edge reader after I finish up a couple other things first, and will send this reader off to Rob to get his M1 & S1 once I get that working.
