Question about 3DS Data Transfers

Hi - so does Nintendo still limit the amount of times you can transfer your profile from one 3DS to another to 1 per year?

I got a New 3DS XL a little while ago, but I'm thinking of up(down?)grading to the Animal Crossing lite version?ut just concerned I won't be able to transfer my data since I did it a few months ago.

According to this, the only limit is you can transfer data once every 7 days. So you should be good.

Thats good to know, I recall the DSi was a hassle... as far as limits and how often it could be done. Especially with the new 3ds out, could be time to upgrade.

Nintendo relaxed the restrictions when the new 3ds came out iirc.

Hope you caught my post in the other 3DS thread. Walmart had the bundle for $180 for 1-2 weeks before Thanksgiving which is a way better deal than I've seen anywhere else on any 3DS.
