Bought this years ago and it worked decently on my supergun, having all 4 slots full sometimes was problematic (not booting certain carts, glitches).
I noticed this resistor net (bus?) when I first got the board but didn't think much of it.
Googling around leads me to believe these IC's are used for cart switching. And with the board having slot issues that might explain why it was done.
However I can't find details on this fix and wondered if adding resistor nets to some of the other SN74's, after troubleshooting of course, would help.
I'm about to start consolizing the board so now would be the time to do repair work on it.
