Need help with a pony mark iv monitor chassis issue

I have a monitor, flyback isn't bad. It won't work unless I plug it into the wall, which is bad for it. When it's plugged into the proper spot on my power section near the switching PSU, it just won't power. Anyone else have this issue? Here are some pics of the switcher, isolation transformer, etc. I am wondering if something doesn't look right here. Also, a cable to plug into it with the line/load wires just looks to plug into nothing. I'm curious if I got this cab and this was necessary but missing. Or maybe it was some add on for the LCD advertisement thing these may have had at some point.
