Extending 4 cart slots. Any suggestions before solder nearly 2000 pins?

Think of it the exact same way a computer tower is set up. Mobo siedways with the cd drives facing forward. Neo geo would be sideways and carts would be facing forward.

I'll try it with one slot with a few games. If it does work every time with the ability to get through the games then I'll just cut up the side panel of the tower and call it a day,
