Good 3DS game to play when you only have 5-10 minutes?

I got harmony knight as part of club nintendo, that game was pretty fun, with real short stages. Like a poster said above though, one of the best parts of the 3ds is being able to just close and open it whenever you want without losing anything. That is such a nice feature for when you're frustrated, shut it and walk away. I did that quite a bit with DKC Returns, some real frustrating stuff in that game.

Does the 3ds marketplace still have DSi Ware titles availble?
I remember the Donkey Kong Jr Game & Watch being a go to for toilet gaming.

Yes, DSiWare titles are available on 3DS.

The problem is that it's difficult to find the gems.

Speaking of which, everyone should have Brain Age Express: Sudoku on their 3DS.

I DL'd the Tetris on DSi from the Nintendo eShop and it works well on the New 3DS.

If I'm short on time but need a fix, I usually will do a race or two on Mario Kart 7, play a couple songs in FF Theatrhythm, or play a couple levels on Ultimate NES Remix.

I've been playing Streets of Rage 2 at work on breaks or if I get there early.

It takes practically 5 - 10 minutes to wait for the fucking thing to turn on and navigate around the overly animated menus and load stuff after that. I say get a DS Phat or Lite and a pair of flash carts.

I feel like fire emblem is good for 5-10 min. There were times I'd take my 3ds to the gym in my bag and use it during my cycling part of cardio for the day.

I used to play the shit out of the Paper Airplane game you could download from the DSIware store (was just a single release of the one from WarioWare but beefed up a bit)
