PS3 HRAP on PS4

Can the PS3 sticks be used on PS4 without modification? If not, is there a way you can mod it to work for both systems..or is it a 'one OR the other' type of situation?

While I'm at it......I have the same question about using a XBox360 HRAP ON XBox One. Any links to info would be greatly appreciated.

The ps3 stick will work on some ps4 games ;ultra sf4, skullgirls, mkx.
It's a driver that the dev needs to include in the game for the ps3 sticks to work.

Won't work on Guilty Gear Xrd without dual-modding the stick with a PS4 controller PCB. I've used Dual Shock 4 and Hori Fighting Commander 4 in customer mods.
Likewise a HRAP VX wouldn't work on Xbox One without dual-modding with XB1 controller PCB.

The PS3 driver requires you to have a Dual Shock 4 synced for each active player.
