Im not sure what causes it. When i power off it makes a pop. Sounds like it comes from the speakers. Ive heard this in the past on other cabs. Is it the board i have in? Is it a bad ground? I dont know but im curious. Dont wanna damage anything. Thanks for the help

I have the opposite problem with one of my pinball machines, it makes a loud pop when it's turned on. It must be something about the circuit because someone out there made a pcb to hookup to the pinball machine to avoid the popping sound when it's turned on.

The pop you hear is a transient spike and it comes from the amplifier. It is absolutely harmless as the amp is not that powerful anyway to trow the speakers cone out of place.

I just find it annoying and startling when it's not expected.

At least it's not a loud pooping sound. Cause that's what I thought the thread title said.
