I have a lead, after sometime looking for a PVM, on the above.

My question, is a 13" worth it? Any thoughts on the size and model?

He is asking $50.

This one is from the end of the eighties and has 600 lines. the big plus is, that it has sound output, when running on rgb (my 2042qm didn't). The small PVMs are nice and 50 Dollars isn't too much, maybe you can get the guy to sell it for less than 50 (if it isn't too late by now). I like the 20 inch versions more, personally speaking.

I have that exact monitor. It does NOT have sound output on RGB; only on composite and s-video (unless I am dumb and can't figure out how to do it). Very nice picture, though. And 13" is a great tabletop/desktop size.

I picked this up in May for $49 (I was somehow a dollar short at the time) and then found another of the same model locally listed on ebay that I got for, no kidding, $0.99. So, now I have two 1341s for a total of $50.

Just recently got a 19".

Correct, Jibbajabba, I fucked up on reading the manual, it has no sound on RGB and it also doesn't have the 600 lines. Still a fine screen.

For sure. It was my first RGB monitor, and I still have it. Newer ones do look nicer, but there's nothing wrong with this one.
