After more than a year of demand, I am in the middle of preparing a big batch of my original recipe beef jerky for official sale here on Neo-Geo.com. And man! Has it been a lot of hard work, lol.

Up until now it's been but a small group of NG.commers who have tasted my incredibly tasty beef jerky- you know who you are guys. Since I got such glowing feedback from my previous 2 free jerky giveaways, I'm taking the plunge and putting the goodness up for sale after a long time of hand-wringing over the cost of premium flank steak. The price of the good stuff I use to make the amazing stuff is pricey, but you guys keep asking for jerky and I figured it's high time for me to either put up or shut up.

Now- this first batch is going to sell out. Demand ensures it, but once it does- My next move will be to make a HUGE double batch of jerky in both original and jalapeno flavors.

So, as your questions and/or leave your comments here my friends.
