Changing power supplies seems to have fixed my issue with a bootleg Shock Troopers cart. Here's the PSU that works for my MV-2F.

Do you guys check your voltages with a multimeter? If you don't know how they work, you should learn.

Yeah my +5v and +12v test perfectly now. The issue for mine was that the old psu's 12v would cut out because of a loose connection.

There is a very specific and short list of legit games that do not work when another games it hates are plugged into the board. I forget exactly what they were, but SNK included that list in the kits with known affected games.
