Looks legit to me - though, gotwalls has (3) different 2-board set scans and both of yours have very slight variations, but nothing looks jumped or hand soldered. I'd say they are legit and you have a board set not previously scanned in. There are considerably better experts though so let's see what they say.

I'd say that Ninja Master's is real, wave soldering like that is difficult to fake consistently.
