MV-1B and MV-1FZ button/direction input issues

Turns out BOTH of the 1 slots I recently purchased from HK Legend have faults that I did not notice when I first bought them because I had not tested all the Player2 controls, OOPS

I have now narrowed down the issues and am certain of the following:

MV-1B - Player2 START button does not respond

MV-1FZ - Player2 several directional inputs and buttons are constantly activated

Who can fix these for me? I will offer up two partially working mobos (2 lot, and 4 slot) for anyone with the know how who wants to help me out.

My MV-1T too has a similar problem for 2P input where all the inputs and buttons are activated. Is it related to grounding or something disconnected?

The problem usually is related to the resistor arrays, in the MV1-FZ coud be related to NEO-C0 also.

Ah I see, should I just check if the resistor arrays are making connection with the board, or will I need to replace them?
