Now, to speculate that someone made a 1 bootleg home cart run of Kizuna is doubtful. For one, this copy would have been made years ago, since it was May ’99 when I originally purchased it. The online neo market was not as big as it is now, in fact games like US (Euro) Double Dragon were just beginning to surface in the US. Prices were much lower back then, Metal Slug sold for $600 in either version.
Another, if you saw the insert and the manual & cart sticker of the authentic English Kizuna, your doubts would cease. Every component of English Kizuna matches SNK standards, good and bad. Has typo’s like Super Tage Battle, and the manual… 30 pages and includes the orange epilepsy warning card. To bootleg a full scale US Kizuna and only make one copy, how profitable is that? Considering I originally paid $550, imagine what the previous buyer paid.
$200 offer for a US Kizuna pic is in effect.</STRONG>

My guarantee is there are more then 1.
I dont say US Kizuna because its shorter, I say it because thats what people have to come to believe it is.
Euro is only two letters away, nobody is that lazy. Another opinion was there multiple language manuals?

I would love to see this oprange epilepsy card, I have seen only one myself and it was yellow, they are not a "real rare find" but I have not yet seen and orange one, Shawn can you give a scan of it??

The neo scene prices will drop in a few years, its just a fad that wont last forever.
The thing is that there are way more Kizuna's than meets the eye, and you said its a SNK make, which I agree with the quality reaks of SNK.
The run must be bigger then meets the eye, I am guessing a load of stock got lost in a warehouse.
Maybe SNK can give us a run number and a new list could be started for games, which explains how big the run is. (on every game)
Besides Shawn, you could easily get ahold of run information since its documented, just add the question to your return email to "SNK".
My two cents.
