I have the necessary tools and a Turbo Duo that I can compare it to.

I can't guarantee that I'll fix it but I can try.

Those lasers are a crapshoot I bought a bunch from liberty electronics (on ebay) out of 5 lasers only 2 were good. I think people return them dead lasers and get a refund on the original to get a "Free" laser. I don't think they check their stock and turn around whatever they get.

That's what I hear, I think it's a good idea to buy about 3 when you do need one.

Just shipped this back to tempest.

I was able to get it going, adjusted the pots some, got it working really well.
