Mega Man X Corrupted

I think the last time I posted an update about this game was in another thread, which I can't find, but this game looks so tight that it deserves its own thread any way. The last video I linked to was for the Warfare Milodon boss fight, but this one looks even more intense (boss fight @ 3:55).

Getting closer to completion; can't wait!

My only question is: how quickly will the ROM be available upon completion so we can load it onto Everdrives/custom carts?

Oh, OK. So, they've decided to go the "Pier Solar" route, then? Seems kinda immature...especially since they decided to steal the IP. I guess offering it for free is supposed to negate that? Oh, well then.

Pier Solar is still inherently a Genesis ROM though, even if it was never made available.

This MMX Corruption game is another one of those PC only games that only look like older console game. My interest is greatly reduced now.

My thoughts exactly. That video is super impressive. While I'd rather be able to play it on a Super Nintendo, I won't not play it for PC because of the anti-console decision.

I've been waiting forever for this to come out.

Only thing I don't like about it, is that it is made in flash iirc and the hud/charge meter for x-buster. The game doesn't look as tight as the original X games if you get what I mean.

Just saw this get put up, and I have to say...wow (mind you, for 6 years and counting in the oven, it should be amazing). The polish on the Weapon Factory is astounding, and the tweaks to War Milidon really show that fight's evolution since it was first showed. I hope the dialogue gets a bit of a re-work; it's good, it's just that what X says is out of character, unless you figure by this point that he's just fed up.

i'm usually not a fan of fan made rom hacks of games. but this looks pretty cool and gameplay looks a lot faster than the original games.
