Ripping original Neo CD games to ISO/MP3/CUE?

My Beloved Neo Geo CD system stopped reading discs. To hold me over while I gather funds to get another, I am using my original XBOX, and want to rip my games to ISO/MP3/CUE files so I don't have to keep using my originals, and they could load faster.

Any ideas how this is done?

Understandable, but it would just be easier and quicker to download already ripped games from torrent sites.

Edit: You should be able to use just about any ripping software to make your own images prior to using the tools, but remember that bin/cue format is the preferred standard for these.
