No DLC, but it came in a big silver box with all this stuff:

-5 Track Theatrhythm Remix CD (5 remixes of songs in the game)
-5 Premium Collectacards (replicas of the cards you can collect in the game, I'm guessing)
-20 Track Best of Theatrhythm CD (pretty neat, even though I already have most, if not all, of the music from other FF OSTs)
-Theathhythm 3DS Collector's Pouch

Protip-Download the demo of the game and play through the two tracks before you play the full game. You get access to 10 extra starting characters sooner than you would by unlocking them through game play.
