OG Xbox Drive Replacement

Went to go play my original xbox and dvd drive won't read now. Opened it and cleaned the lens, no dice.

Anyone have a source on a samsung replacement drive or how to fix one? It doesn't help when you look up the drives you either get xbox 360 or xbone (wonderful naming scheme Microshit)

Doesn't work, pot is in a different place and I have no clue which one to do. Did a random one and no dice.

It is a SDG-605 xbox laser pot and I cant find the pot picture online at all or where to even test the ohms of it.
